      2. Click “Reset here” at the bottom of your screen.

    

   1. Enter the same email address you had in our previous system and click EMAIL PASSWORD LINK TO ME.
   2. Find the email in your inbox and click RESET PASSWORD.
   3. Enter your new password twice and click CHANGE PASSWORD.
   4. Explore your landing page! In our new ticketing system, you can:
      • update your contact preferences and Village interests,
      • save your credit card on file for easy future use, and
      • explore your orders and subscriptions.

Please note: Fixed Subscriptions is formerly our “Standard Subscription” and Ticket Subscriptions is where you’ll find our Flex (formerly FlexiPass) Subscriptions.

Q: What changes can I expect to see?

Our new ticketing system is more user-friendly and reliable than what patrons are used to with Theatre Manager (our most recent software). With your Spektrix account, you’ll be able to:

• quickly renew your subscription online;
• specify/update your contact preferences;
• safely store your payment method (if you wish);
• easily download and print tickets at home;
• view and adjust your data for accuracy;
• and much more.

Q: What about my account and password?

All Theatre Manager accounts will be migrated to Spektrix. Upon initial login, you will be prompted to create a new password or take advantage of Spektrix’s password-free login choices. Your Spektrix account username will match the email address used in Theatre Manager.

Q: Will my personal information be secure in this transition?

With Spektrix, you are in control of your data. Spektrix will never alter, manipulate, or interact with your data. They are certified and use the most recent standards for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system.

Q: Will the new ticketing site be easy to navigate?

Spektrix’s software is notably simpler than our current Theatre Manager software. We believe our patrons will appreciate a streamlined purchasing experience with us at Village Theatre.
