Volunteer Opportunities - Village Theatre

Are you interested in volunteer ushering at Village Theatre?

Village Theatre is an Equal Opportunity Organization. As such, Village Theatre will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability, marital status, veteran’s status or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law.

We recognize that there are populations we have served well, have historically underserved, and have yet to serve. We aim to foster an environment where people of every race, ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation, gender identity, income, ability, and nationality, both internal and external to our organization, are welcome and empowered.

Prior to volunteering with Village Theatre, all applicants, new and experienced, are required to:

1) Complete a short application (each individual needs to complete a separate application)
2) Agree to the below Volunteer expectations
3) Pass a background check through the Washington State Patrol (the form will be completed, based on the information you provide, and all information and results will be kept in strictest confidence by the Village Theatre Human Resources Dept.)
4) Participate in annual Usher Training, as well as pre-show Event Meetings

Please read the next section, Volunteer Expectations, then apply!
