Performances: July 25-August 17, 2025 (as scheduled throughout the Everett community)
The Village Theatre Summer Performance Intensive is a program created and shaped by KIDSTAGE student leaders who wanted a performance opportunity that gives back to the community and inspires future KIDSTAGE students. Students perfect a cabaret-style show to be performed multiple times for FREE throughout the summer within the community, as well as our Youth Education stages.
Much like our advanced training program, the Village Theatre Institute, our Summer Performance Intensive students will:
- Cultivate a unique artistic voice.
- Create friendships and a strong community of belonging.
- Learn from and connect with professionals in the industry.
- Expand performance skills and increase confidence.
- Develop skills for future career opportunities: collaboration, cultural competency, self-advocacy, public speaking, empathy, and community-building.
- Students will create community performances, in a fast-paced rehearsal environment.
2025 Performances will take place on Fridays at the Wetmore Theatre Plaza in Everett July 25th through August 15th. Additional performances will be scheduled within the Everett community; and a final performance will take place at the Cope Gillette Theatre on Sunday, August 17.
2025 Rehearsal Schedule:
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 12:30-5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday 12:30-3:00 p.m.
- Friday 11:00am-3:00 p.m.
