When do I get my concessions voucher?

New subscribers who purchase their packages between May 4 and June 21, 2026, will receive one complimentary concessions voucher per package by postal mail in late summer 2026.

Terms & Conditions: Present this voucher at the Village Theatre concession stand for one (1) complimentary item of your choice. Valid for any single non-alcoholic beverage or food item served at concessions. Not valid for restaurant use, alcoholic beverages, or specialty desserts. Valid for use September 15, 2026, through July 31, 2027. Can be used with other vouchers. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

What if I have a conflict for my performance date? 

With our No Hassle exchange perk, 4-Show and 5-Show Subscribers may exchange any of their tickets for free up to 24 hours prior to their currently ticketed performance. To exchange your ticket, call the box office, submit an online form, or visit us in person. Our box office hours and phone number are listed to the right.  

You may exchange your ticket into any other performance day/time of the same show in Issaquah or Everett. Exchanges in the same performance type and prize zone are complimentary. Additional charges will apply for upgrade requests to performance type and/or seating section. 

How do I book my Flexible Subscription tickets? 

Booking your Flex tickets is easy and convenient in your online ticketing account! Please visit our Flex Redemption page to learn more about booking Flex tickets. 

Do you offer payment plans? 

We offer a 50/50 payment plan for 4-show and 5-show Subscriptions. 50% is due the day we receive your order, then the remaining 50% is charged to the same card approximately three (3) months later. This plan adds an additional $10 in order fees and is available through December 31, 2026. 

What are single ticket prices for the 2026-2027 season? 

Single ticket prices in the 2026-27 season will start at $42 for limited inventory. Ticket prices are subject to change based on demand.

What is your refund policy? 

All ticket sales are final. 

What if I purchase a Fixed Series Subscription and am unhappy with my seat? 

Please contact the box office by phone or by visiting us in person. Our representatives will be happy to change your subscription to another seat! When you change your seating for the whole season, we do ask that you bring in your original tickets to exchange for your new tickets at your earliest convenience. 

What happens if I miss a performance? 

If your performance date is past, or you missed the deadline to exchange your ticket, you may use Subscriber Standby to see the show on another date. Free Standby tickets are booked starting 30 minutes prior to curtain. Simply come to the box office at that time and let us know you missed your performance. We will book you into the best available seat of your choosing at that time. Tickets are subject to availability. You are welcome to call the box office on the day you are planning to do Subscriber Standby to check availability for the performance. 

Each week from May 4 to June 21, 2026, one new subscriber will be randomly chosen to win their 2026-2027 Subscription package for free. Any new subscriber who purchases a Fixed or Flexible Subscription during the giveaway period will be entered to win through June 21, 2026. The earlier you subscribe, the more chances to win!  

A winner will be chosen at random each Monday, May 11 through June 22, 2026 — and entrants will carry over from one week to the next. Your new subscription purchase must be completed by Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PDT to qualify for the next day’s drawing. Winners do not need to be present for the drawing. Winners will be notified by Thursday 5:30 p.m. PDT following each Monday drawing.   

Each weekly winner will receive one (1) complimentary Fixed Series or Flexible Subscription for the 2026-2027 season (up to $854 retail value), or they may choose to deduct that amount from another Subscription purchase. Cash will not be awarded. The approximate odds of winning depend on the number of entries received each week. 

This offer is valid for residents of the United States and winners must be 18 years or older. Winners will be recognized by first name and last initial on any or all of Village Theatre’s communication channels such as the website, emails, and social media.
