Subscriber Ticket Exchange
THIS FORM IS FOR TICKET EXCHANGES ONLY. Your new seats will be in the same price section as your Subscription package.
Please note: Requests for exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of originally scheduled performance.
To purchase extra tickets or to make a seating upgrade, please call the Box Office.
You can submit an exchange request for any show throughout the season; however, the exchange will not be completed until the Subscriber On Sale date. You will receive an email or phone confirmation (depending on your preference) when the show goes on sale. If the show is already on sale, you’ll receive your confirmation within 3 business days.
