Theatre Policies & Resources

Performance Policies
  • In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, please refrain from talking once the performance has begun.
  • Please use moderation in applying perfume or cologne, as many people are allergic to scents.
  • If you must leave during a performance, use the rear exits.
Redeeming Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates must be redeemed in person or over the phone and may not be redeemed online. To receive optimal seating selection, certificate should be redeemed as soon as possible. Reservations are required for guaranteed seating. After redemption, standard exchange policies apply, and tickets are non-refundable. Certificate must be brought to the Box Office in order to collect tickets.

Ticket Refunds or Change of Date

All ticket sales are final. Subscribers may exchange tickets for a different date up to 24 hours before their scheduled performance at no additional cost by using the online form or calling the Box Office. Regular ticket purchases may exchange to a different date for a $12/ticket fee up to 24 hours before the scheduled performance. Call the Box Office for details and assistance.

Please note that Village Theatre is a non-profit organization and the ticket price does not fully cover the cost of putting our productions on stage. As such, we are unable to offer any post-show refunds on the basis of personal taste or preferences. We ask all audience members to do appropriate research and utilize the Production Preview Guides listed on the webpage for each show to determine what shows are right for them and their party.
