Performance Policies
  • In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, please refrain from talking once the performance has begun.
  • Please use moderation in applying perfume or cologne, as many people are allergic to scents.
  • If you must leave during a performance, use the rear exits.
Redeeming Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates must be redeemed in person or over the phone and cannot be redeemed online. To receive optimal seating selection, certificates should be redeemed as soon as possible. Reservations are required for guaranteed seating. After redemption, standard exchange policies apply, and tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket Service Fee

A $5 per ticket service fee is charged for non-subscription ticket purchases made online or over the phone. This fee is waived when tickets are purchased in person.

Ticket Refunds or Change of Date

All ticket sales are final. Please note that Village Theatre is a non-profit organization and the ticket price does not fully cover the cost of putting our productions on stage. As such, we are unable to offer any refunds on the basis of personal taste or preferences. We ask all audience members to do appropriate research for each show to determine what shows are right for them and their party.

Subscribers may exchange tickets for a different date up to 24 hours before their current scheduled performance at no additional cost by using the online form or calling the Box Office.

Non-subscription ticket holders may exchange to a different date for a $12/ticket per ticket fee up to 24 hours before the currently scheduled performance. Call the Box Office for details and assistance.

Families with Young Children

Children under four (4) are not permitted in the main house of the Theatre. In Issaquah, families with children under four may utilize one of two Family Rooms which allow you to enjoy live theatre together. Babysitter unavailable? You may also exchange for tickets in these rooms. Call the Box Office for more information.

Please turn off all cellular phones, pagers, and electronic devices prior to the performance. Cameras or other recording devices (photographic or otherwise) may not be used in the theatre during performances. No text messaging is allowed during the performance.

There is a courtesy telephone located in the lobby next to the Box Office at the Everett Performing Arts Center.  There are no public phones at Issaquah’s Francis J. Gaudette theatre.  Please turn off cellular phones and pagers during the performance.

When inclement weather occurs, performance updates will be available by calling the Box Office or checking our website for an alert. Ticket adjustments can only be made if Village Theatre must cancel the performance.
