KIDSTAGE programs and productions have gone virtual! Join our incredible classes, audition for productions, and explore opportunities to grow and learn with our programming. Please know that we are closely monitoring the recommendations from both the CDC and the Washington State Department of Health and working on plans to get students onsite as soon as it is safe to do so.
Skills for Theatre…Skills for Life
KIDSTAGE is uniquely designed to use theatre to build critical life skills in each participant. In KIDSTAGE classes and rehearsals, our techniques encourage creativity, collaboration, problem solving, concentration, public speaking, and a strong work ethic. While some students are on a path to Broadway, all students are improving their futures and increasing self-confidence through involvement in KIDSTAGE and our Technical Theatre Program (TTP). In addition, Village Theatre is home to robust school programs, such as student matinees, in-school classes, and more.
Are you a former KIDSTAGE kid? We want to hear from you! Fill out the KIDSTAGE alumni form to stay in touch.
Village Theatre KIDSTAGE believes that everyone benefits from an inclusive, multi-cultural environment of students, staff and programming. We welcome people of every ethnicity, race, faith, sexual orientation, gender identity, income and ability.
