What is the difference between a Fixed Series, Flexible, and Marquee Subscription?
As a Fixed Series Subscriber (formerly Standard), you choose the overall day/time that works best for you. Fixed Series Subscribers receive the best deal on tickets and enjoy one Free Show Swap. All Fixed Series Subscribers receive reserved seats and flexible and easy exchange policies to accommodate scheduling conflicts. Plus, your choice of guaranteed nights (or afternoons) of entertainment is pre-paid and ready to go.
With a Flexible Subscription (formerly FlexiPass), you choose the specific performance date for each show that work best with your schedule. When you contact the Box Office to book your tickets, the best available seats in your section will be booked for you. A 5-show Flexible Subscriber enjoys the same perks as a Fixed Series Subscriber, with the added benefit of ultimate flexibility.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer a 50/50 payment plan for 4-show and 5-show Subscriptions. 50% is due the day we receive your order, then the remaining 50% is charged to the same card approximately three (3) months later. This plan adds an additional $10 in order fees and is available through December 31, 2025.
What are single ticket prices for the 2025-2026 season?
Single ticket prices in the 2025-26 season will start at $44 for limited inventory. Single ticket prices are subject to change based on demand. Single tickets will go on sale July 22.

What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final.
How do I book my Flexible Subscription tickets?
As we integrate our new online ticketing system, the process for booking your Flexible Subscriptions will be simpler and faster. Stay tuned for more details as the season approaches!
What if I have a conflict for my performance date?
With our No Hassle exchange perk, subscribers may exchange their tickets for free up to 24 hours prior to their currently ticketed performance. To exchange your ticket, call the box office, submit an online form, or visit us in person. Our box office hours and phone number are listed in the to the right.
You may exchange your ticket into any other performance day/time of the same show in Issaquah or Everett. Exchanges in the same performance type and prize zone are complimentary. Additional charges will apply for upgrade requests to performance type and/or seating section.
Exchanges for each show may be done on or after the Subscriber On Sale date of July 8, 2025.
What if I purchase a Fixed Series Subscription and am unhappy with my seat?
Please contact the box office by phone or by visiting us in person. Our representatives will be happy to change your subscription to another seat! When you change your seating for the whole season, we do ask that you bring in your original tickets to exchange for your new tickets at your earliest convenience.
I love my seat! How can I be sure to get the same seat next season?
When you receive your renewal notice in the spring, you will have the option to “renew my exact seats.” Fixed Series Subscription holders may be guaranteed the exact same seat for the same series as long as they renew by the Keep-Your-Seat deadline of June 1, 2025. (And if you renew by April 30, we’ll waive your order fees!)
If you wish to change your subscription to a different performance day/time or an earlier/later week in the run, our box office staff will make our best efforts to select new seats as similar as possible to your seats for 2024-25.
What happens if I miss a performance?
If your performance date is past, or you missed the deadline to exchange your ticket, you may use Subscriber Standby to see the show on another date. Free Standby tickets are booked starting 30 minutes prior to curtain. Simply come to the box office at that time and let us know you missed your performance. We will book you into the best available seat of your choosing at that time. Tickets are subject to availability. You are welcome to call the box office on the day you are planning to do Subscriber Standby to check availability for the performance.
