For more than 40 years, Village Theatre has been: a source of entertainment for the thousands of patrons who come through our doors to engage with stories of joy, humor, and heart; an extraordinary place for students to learn and grow; a retreat for creators and writers to build new works; and an artistic and creative home for Pacific Northwest theater artists. Village Theatre is proud of our legacy and the way a home-grown company has become one of the leading producers of musical theatre in the Pacific Northwest region and the nation.

The change in our communities and our world has been vast. It is no secret that post-pandemic audiences have not yet fully returned. This is not unique to Village Theatre, as changes in audience behaviors are impacting theater in Seattle and beyond.

We believe that Innovation is essential for the continuation and growth of our art form. Village Theatre is ready to be a driving force behind the exploration of new ticket purchasing and donating models in our changing world. Your support for this campaign will allow us to pilot these new methods, while maintaining excellence in the creation of our art. With you by our side, we will invest in new technology to communicate seamlessly with our patrons and improve their experience at Village Theatre. Your investment will give us access to new platforms that provide data-driven analysis of current trends across the entertainment industry. With new systems in place, we will build upon our ability to share theatre with our communities and to preserve the experiences that our artists, students, and patrons value and cherish. HOW INNOVATE X3 WILL MOVE US FORWARD

This multi-pronged campaign will allow us to provide superb artistry, entertainment and patron experience at Village Theatre by:

• • Raising $3 million dollars over the next three years
• • Providing a solid financial base for our productions and programs while allowing for exploration of new ticketing models and philanthropic strategies
• • Improving the communication and ease for our patrons as they access all Village Theatre has to offer
• • Upgrading technology and outreach programming including:
  • • A ticketing system that increases patron access and engagement
  • • Investment in a new website
  • • Access to industry-wide data from our peers and audiences
