Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased online, in person or over the phone.  For online orders, please allow up to 3 business days for our Patron Services staff to process.

If you purchase in person, you will be given a gift certificate printed on cardstock.

If you purchase by phone, you can have a PDF gift certificate emailed to you or request to have the certificate sent via postal mail for a $2 fee.  The certificate may be sent to you or directly to the gift recipient.

If you purchase online, the gift certificate will be emailed to you unless you request to have it sent via postal mail for a $2 fee. To have your gift certificate mailed by post, please select the “mail me my tickets” option in your shopping cart. Indicate in the order notes the appropriate address.

It may take up to 3 business days for online orders to be processed.

Ticket prices vary depending upon the show, performance day/time, seat location, and the age of the ticket user.  We recommend purchasing a gift certificate for the dollar amount that you wish to give. Mainstage single tickets for the 24/25 season range from $59-$114. KIDSTAGE single tickets range from $22-$32.

Yes!  All current subscribers receive a discount off the purchase price of gift certificates.  The discount is 10%, 20%, or 25%, depending upon your type of subscription and the number of consecutive years that you have subscribed.

Not a subscriber?  Subscription options are available year-round!  Visit our Subscribe page for information on current options available.  Discounts on gift certificates are only one benefit enjoyed by our subscribers.

Gift certificates must be redeemed in person or over the phone.  They may not be redeemed online. To receive optimal seating selection, the certificate should be redeemed as soon as possible for the performance you wish to see. Reservations are required for guaranteed seating. After redemption, standard exchange policies apply, and tickets are non-refundable.

To redeem your gift certificate, inform your Patron Services representative that you would like to use a gift certificate for the payment and provide the 5-digit number provided on the bottom-right corner.

If the price of the tickets is greater than the value of the gift certificate, you only need to pay the difference. If the price of the tickets is less than the value of the gift certificate, the unused balance will remain on the gift certificate. That balance can then be applied towards another purchase in the future.

Certificates purchased in 2019 or earlier expire three years after original purchase. Under no circumstances is the value of the certificate valid after the expiration dates. Certificates purchased in 2020 and later do not expire.

A record of the gift certificate is held on the initial purchaser’s account, with the total purchase amount, the remaining value, and the certificate number. To find information regarding a lost certificate, provide your Patron Services representative with the name of the person who purchased the gift.
