Gift Vouchers

Digital gift vouchers may be purchased online, in person or over the phone. Hard-copy vouchers can be purchased in-person or over the phone.

Digital vouchers are sent via e-mail (to either the purchaser or the recipient, your pick) and can be sent immediately or set for a specific future send date of your choice.

Hardy-copy vouchers purchased over the phone or in-person can be sent via postal mail for an additional $2.00 mailing fee. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions prices vary based on type and size of package, seating, and schedule. Click here to see our subscription pricing.

Mainstage Tickets: Single ticket prices in the 2025-26 season start at $47. While prices vary by performance type and seats and fees vary by sales channel ($3 online, $5 over the phone/in-person), our box office can likely help your gift recipient find great seats to a performance of any show for approximately $110 per person.

For the premium Village experience and the ultimate in flexibility of show selection, performance type, and price zone, we recommend a Gift Voucher of $155 per person.

Classes and Camps: Our Youth Education classes and camps can range from $240-$495, depending upon the content, duration and number of sessions.  You can view the classes or camps currently on sale on our  Class & Camp Finder page.

For tickets and subscriptions, gift vouchers may be redeemed in person, over the phone, or online. To receive optimal seating selection, the voucher should be redeemed as soon as possible for the performance you wish to see. Reservations are required for guaranteed seating. After redemption, standard exchange policies apply, and tickets are non-refundable.

To redeem your gift voucher, enter the voucher number at https://purchase.villagetheatre.org/GiftVouchers or inform your Patron Services representative that you would like to use a gift voucher for the payment and provide the voucher number listed on the bottom of the voucher. No fees are required to redeem the voucher, but fees do apply for most items and vary (see “What amount should I purchase my gift voucher for?” above).

For classes and camps, gift vouchers must be redeemed over the phone, via e-mail, or in-person. Note: It may take up to 2 business days for gift vouchers to be transferred to our enrollment management system.

If the price of the tickets is greater than the value of the gift voucher, you only need to pay the difference. If the price of the tickets is less than the value of the gift voucher, the unused balance will remain on the recipient’s account. That balance can then be applied towards another purchase in the future.

Certificates purchased in 2019 or earlier are no longer valid. Under no circumstances is the value of the certificate valid after the expiration dates. Certificates and vouchers purchased in 2020 and later do not expire.

A record of the gift voucher is held on the initial purchaser’s account, with the total purchase amount, the original value, and the certificate number. To find information regarding a lost voucher, contact Patron Services and provide the name of the person who purchased the gift.
