Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased online, in person or over the phone.  For online orders, please allow up to 3 business days for our Patron Services staff to process.

If you purchase in person, you will be given a paper Gift Certificate in a gold gift envelope.

If you purchase by phone, you can have a PDF Gift Certificate emailed to you or request to have the certificate sent via postal mail.  The certificate may be sent to you or directly to the gift recipient, whichever you prefer.

If you purchase online, the gift certificate will be emailed to you unless you request to have it mailed. If you would like to have your certificate mailed at no additional cost, please let us know in the order notes and provide the appropriate address.  Do not select the “mail me my tickets” button in your shopping cart unless you are also purchasing tickets.  If you select mail me my tickets, you will be charged a mailing fee for the gift certificate. It may take up to 3 business days for emailed gift certificates to be sent.

The price of our tickets vary depending upon the show, performance day/time, seat location and the age of the ticket user.  Therefore we recommend purchasing a gift certificate for the dollar amount that you wish to give.  For the 2022/2023 season, single tickets for Mainstage performances range from $35 – $100 dollars.  KIDSTAGE and Beta Productions are $22-$27.

Yes!  All current subscribers receive a discount off of the purchase price of gift certificates.  The discount is 10% or 20%, depending upon the number of consecutive years that you have subscribed.

Gift Certificates must be redeemed in person or over the phone.  They may not be redeemed online. To receive optimal seating selection, the certificate should be redeemed as soon as possible for the performance you wish to see. Reservations are required for guaranteed seating. After redemption, standard exchange policies apply, and tickets are non-refundable.

Your Gift Certificate will have a 5-digit certificate number.  Simply tell the Representative who assists you with your ticket purchase that you would like to use a Gift Certificate for the payment.

If the price of the tickets is greater than the value of the gift certificate, you will only need to pay the difference.  If the price of the tickets is less than the value of the gift certificate, the unused balance will remain on the gift certificate.  That balance can then be applied towards another purchase in the future.

Certificates purchased in 2019 or earlier expire three years after original purchase.  Under no circumstances is the value of the certificate valid after the expiration dates.  Certificates purchased in 2020 and later do not expire.

A record of the Gift Certificate is on the certificate purchaser’s account.  The recipient just needs to tell the Patron Services Representative who gave them the gift.  The representative can then look up the record to see the purchase amount, the remaining value and the certificate number.
