Cancelled Performances
Your options for your cancelled tickets are:
- Exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show.
- Receive a credit for the purchase price of your tickets for an upcoming production in the current season, or for season tickets.
- Donate your tickets and receive a tax receipt. Village Theatre is a non-profit organization.
- Receive a refund for the purchase price of your ticket(s).
Please use our online form to let our Patron Services staff know which option you would like for your cancelled tickets. Due to the number of patrons whose tickets will need to be handled, we ask for your patience. It may take a few business days for us to complete all of the ticket requests.
