Romance! Murder! Doo-wop! Aliens! A wildly entertaining dark sci-fi musical comedy, Little Shop of Horrors follows the misadventures of a lowly floral shopkeeper who discovers a seemingly harmless new breed of plant (with a secret taste for human blood) that carries ambitions that threaten our hero’s romantic inclinations… and the world! From the writing team who brought us Disney’s animation blockbusters The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin, this Broadway classic blends the sounds of rock and Motown and is considered one of the funniest musical comedies of all time. Warning: Don’t feed the plants!

BRANDI BIRDSONG (Ronnette) is feeling beyond grateful to be on stage with such incredible artists. Brandi is a So-Cal native and recent transplant in the PNW. Since moving to Seattle, Brandi understudied Village Theatre’s Welcome Home Holiday Concert, performed on NPR Music Live Sessions with Classical King FM, and performed in Tacoma Opera’s production of L’enfant Prodigue. ANIA BRIGGS, she/her (Chiffon, Audrey U/S) is thrilled to be back at Village Theatre! Ania is an alumni of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy’s Integrated program in NYC. ERIC POLANI JENSEN*, he/him (Mushnik) Before owning a flower shop on Skid Row, Eric was last seen at Village Theatre owning a Parfumerie in Budapest (Maraczek, She Loves Me). Past Village Theatre credits include: Into the Woods, Billy Elliot, My Fair Lady, Les Miserables and Fiddler on the Roof. He recently shredded the boards as a cheese grater in the The 5th Avenue Theatre production of Beauty and the Beast. He manages to keep a pineapple plant alive in his apartment.
JOSH KRUPKE, (Mushnik U/S) happily returns to Village Theatre for his tenth Mainstage production and his seventh time understudying. Josh’s favorite roles at Village Theatre include Franz in The Producers (once!), The King in Big River (once!), and The Duke in Big River (once!). Josh has also been onstage at Harlequin Productions, Taproot Theatre, SecondStory Rep, and many others. Love to Lorrie, Annabelle, and Liam!
SHANELLE NICOLE LEONARD* (Audrey) credits include: Confederates (Off-Broadways Signature Theater), Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (The 5th Avenue Theatre), The West End (Cincinnati Playhouse in the park) Pride and Prejudice; Skeleton Crew; My Fair Lady; Tartuffe; and Jump at Playmakers Repertory Company, where she received her MFA 2019. VINCENT MILAY (Orin Scrivello D.D.S.et all U/S, Audrey II Puppeteer U/S) is a Graduate of the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts. A Drag King about town, he toured in Mean Gays with Peaches Christ. This September he will be featured on ‘Camp Wannakiki’ Season 4 on Outtv. Vincent has been with Reboot Theatre Company as Orin in Little Shop of Horrors, Pirelli in Sweeney Todd, and most recently as Cliff in Cabaret.
ELSA MILLER (Chiffon/Crystal U/S) Elsa is stoked to be able to have this opportunity. This is TECHNICALLY Elsa’s second show at Village Theatre, as you may have seen her in the cancelled Hansel & Gretl & Heidi & Gunter as Julie. Other works include Spitfire Grill as Effy. JADYN MURALT (Ronnette/Audrey II Voice U/S) is enthralled to make her Mainstage debut in Little Shop of Horrors. This is her first performance back post-covid and post high school.
