Need to make a change to your tickets? Submit an exchange request for any show throughout the season. You’ll receive an email or phone confirmation (depending on your preference) within 3 business days. To purchase additional tickets, pay your exchange fee, or upgrade to a higher priced day/time/seat, please call the Box Office.

• Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original scheduled performance. When you request to exchange your tickets online or over the phone, you choose whether to have your tickets emailed to you or held at the Box Office to be picked up the day of the performance. 
• Tickets exchanged are considered a final exchange and your original seats will be released for sale. If the original tickets are brought to the Theatre for use, they will not be honored. 
• Tickets that are not picked up at the Box Office on the date of your scheduled performance will be treated as a missed performance and will not be honored for future exchange. 
• Upgrade fees apply for switching to a more expensive day/time/seat. All upgrades must be paid for at the time of exchange. 
• No additional fees for subscribers with 4-Show packages or higher on their account. No additional fees for 3-Show subscribers for their first exchange for a given show. (Thereafter, a $12 per ticket exchange fee applies for subscribers with 3-Show packages only.) 
• Upgrade and exchange fees online or by phone can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. 
• Tickets can only be exchanged for the production they were originally issued for, except for 5-Show Subscribers using their once-per-season One Show Swap benefit. 
• Tickets can be exchanged complimentarily between locations.  
• You may call the Box Office and exchange your tickets for a performance day and time at the Issaquah or Everett location.

As a Flexible Subscription holder, you have the ultimate flexibility to see our shows on your schedule. 

 Starting on May 12th, book your Flexible Subscription tickets for each show of the 2026-2027 Season for the performance date and time that works best for your schedule. To redeem your Flexible Subscription, call, visit us in person, or log in to your online account and follow the same path you would to purchase single tickets (if you are logged in to your subscriber account, your transaction will ring up free when you have tickets left to redeem in your Flexible Subscription).

• In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, please refrain from talking once the performance has begun. 
• Please use moderation in applying perfume or cologne, as many people are allergic to scents. 
• If you must leave during a performance, use the rear exits. 
• We are sorry, but we are unable to guarantee late seating. Please plan accordingly. 

Electronic Devices: 

• Please turn off all electronic devices prior to the performance. Calls or text messaging is not allowed during the performance. 
• Cameras or other recording devices of any kind may not be used in the theatre during performances. 

 Families with Young Children: Children under four (4) are not permitted in the main auditorium of any of our theatres (including the Everett Performing Arts Center, Francis J. Gaudette Theatre, Cope Gilette Theatre, and Hunt Family Theatre). In the Francis J. Gaudette Theatre in Issaquah only, families may bring children of any age if seated in one of two Family Rooms. These viewing areas are sound-proof and glass-enclosed to allow for more relaxed theatre-going etiquette and attending to personal needs. Any child occupying a seat needs a ticket. Call the box office for more information. 

Food and Drink: No food is permitted in the theatre. You may bring lidded beverages purchased at concessions into the theatre. Please enjoy all other refreshments in the lobby. 

Listening Assistance System / American Sign Language Interpretation / Captioning: 

• Both the Francis J. Gaudette Theatre and the Everett Performing Arts Center are equipped with a hearing loop. This system provides a direct feed of the sound from our audio system to compatible hearing aids with a T-coil. Individual listening devices are also available at the House Manager’s office for those without compatible hearing aids. 
• American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is provided for select Saturday matinees. (Series 34 in Issaquah and Series 24 in Everett.) 
• Captioned performances are provided for select Saturday matinees (Series 54 in Issaquah and Series 44 in Everett.) 

Wheelchair Access: Accessible seating is available to accommodate patrons in wheelchairs in both locations. Please notify the Box Office before your performance date.

Question: I missed my performance. Can I still exchange my ticket?
Answer: Exchanges can only be made up to 24 hours prior to your current ticket performance. If you do not exchange in advance, you can take advantage of your Subscriber Standby Benefit. 

Queston: What is Subscriber Standby? How does it work?
Answer: Subscriber Standby is a benefit we offer if you miss your performance. When you miss your ticketed performance, you can be booked into a new performance date at no charge. Simply visit the box office window starting  60 minutes prior to curtain on the day you would like to see the show. Let us know that you missed your performance, and we will book you into the best available seats of your choice. Stand-by tickets are subject to availability. You are welcome to call the box office on the day you plan to do Standby to check availability. 

Question: What if I lose or forget to bring my tickets?
Answer: If you do not have your tickets, you can simply visit the box office and ask us to reprint your tickets for you. You can also call the box office and ask us to email a copy of your tickets to you. 

Question: I had requested to have my tickets emailed to me. Why have I not received them?
Answer: Our tickets are emailed as a PDF attachment and are sent from our ticketing system. Because of the attachment and the method of sending, some email providers will send the email to your junk or spam mail folder. A few providers (such as Outlook, MSN, Hotmail, Live) tend to completely block our eTicket emails from reaching your mailbox at all. If you do not receive your eTickets, just visit the box office when you arrive for your performance. Let us know you did not receive your ticket by email, and we will print your tickets for you. 

Question: None of the dates for a show in my subscription location can fit my schedule. Can I exchange my tickets to see the show in the other location?
Answer: Yes! You can exchange your tickets between locations by calling the box office, submitting our online exchange form or by visiting the box office in person. 

Question: Can I exchange my tickets for a show into tickets for a different show in the season?
Answer: It depends! If you have a 5-show Marquee, 5-show Fixed Series, or 5-show Flexible Subscription the One-Show Swap is a perk of your subscription! Once per season you can exchange tickets from one show to an entirely different show. (If you are a 4-Show or 3-Show Subscriber, the shows in your subscription package are fixed at the time of booking and cannot be changed.) 

Question: I am unable to see a show. Can I give my tickets to a friend to use?
Answer: Absolutely! If you have your tickets in hand, simply give your tickets to your friend to enjoy the show. 

Question: I am unable to see a show. I have someone I would like to give my tickets to but am unable to give the tickets to them. What can I do?
Answer: Simply call the box office and let us know that you would like someone else to pick up your tickets to use. We will print a copy of your tickets for them to pick up at will call. Alternatively, you can request that we email a copy of your tickets to you. You can then forward your eTickets to your friend. 

Question: I am unable to see a show and do not have anyone who can use my tickets. Can I donate the tickets?
Answer: Yes! You can certainly donate your tickets up until the performance begins. To donate, simply call the box office. Our Patron Services staff will process your donation and email a donation thank you tax receipt. 

Question: I am unable to see a show. Can I get a refund for my tickets?
Answer: No. All ticket sales are final. You can exchange to a different performance date of the same show (up to 24 hours prior to your performance), give your tickets to another to use, or donate your tickets to Village Theatre. 

Question: I have some items that I would like to donate to Village Theatre. How can I do that?
Answer: Village Theatre does accept some rare items. Accepted donations depend upon the item and our need for the item. It is best to utilize our Contact Us Form to email Village Theatre the information about what you would like to donate. Your email will then be forwarded to the department that your donation would fall under.
