What is the difference between a Standard, FlexiPass, and Marquee Subscription?
As a Standard Subscriber, you choose the overall day/time that works best for you. Five-show Subscribers receive the best deal on tickets and enjoy one Free Show Swap, while Four-show Subscribers can pick their four preferred shows in the season. All Standard Subscribers receive reserved seats and flexible and easy exchange policies to accommodate scheduling conflicts. Plus, your choice of guaranteed nights (or afternoons) of entertainment is pre-paid and ready to go.
With a FlexiPass Subscription, you choose the performance dates for 3, 4, or all 5 shows that work with your schedule. When you contact the Box Office to book your tickets, the best available seats in your section will be booked for you. You get many of the same benefit levels as a Standard Subscription, with the added benefit of ultimate flexibility.
Upgrade your Village experience with a Marquee Subscription, featuring a suite of premium perks like FREE THEATER REFILLS — the opportunity to see a show again as many times as you’d like for free, subject to performance availability — an INSIDE THE ART gift for each production, priority CONCIERGE SUPPORT from Village’s Patron Services team, four (4) COMPLIMENTARY GUEST PASSES, and more.
See the Subscriber Perks section above for detailed information on the perks offered at each package level.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer two payment plan options for 4-show and 5-show subscriptions:
- 50/50: Split your payments in half. 50% is due the day we receive your order, and then 50% is charged to the same card 3 months later on the same day of the month. This plan adds an additional $10 in order fees.
- 5 monthly payments: Pay in 5 equal monthly installments. The first is charged when we receive your order, and then the remaining payments are charged to the same card on the same day the next 4 months. This plan adds an additional $20 in order fees.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final.
How do I book my FlexiPass tickets?
When you have determined the performance date of your choice, simply contact the box office by phone, in person, or with this online form to receive the best seats in your section at the time of booking.
What if I have a conflict for my performance date?
Subscribers may exchange their tickets for free up to 24 hours prior to their currently ticketed performance. To exchange your ticket, call the box office, submit an online form, or visit us in person. Our box office hours and phone number are listed in the to the right.
You may exchange your ticket into any other performance day and time of the same show either in Issaquah or Everett. Exchanges for each show may be done on or after the Subscriber On Sale date for that production.
What if I purchase a Standard Subscription and am unhappy with my seat?
Please contact the box office by phone or by visiting us in person. Our representatives will be happy to change your subscription to another seat! When you change your seating for the whole season, we do ask that you bring in your original tickets to exchange for your new tickets at your earliest convenience.
I love my seat! How can I be sure to get the same seat next season?
When you receive your renewal notice in the spring, you will have the option to “renew exact.” Standard Subscription holders may be guaranteed the exact same seat for the same series as long as they renew by the deadline, which is prominently printed on the renewal form. If you wish to change your subscription to a different performance day/time or an earlier/later week in the run, we cannot guarantee your same seat.
What happens if I miss a performance?
If your performance date is past, or you missed the deadline to exchange your ticket, you may use you Subscriber Standby benefit to see the show on another date. Free Standby tickets are booked starting 30 minutes prior to curtain. Simply come to the box office at that time and let us know you missed your performance. We will book you into the best available seat of your choosing at that time. Tickets are subject to availability. You are welcome to call the box office on the day you are planning to do Standby to check availability for the performance.
