It has been a long time since we have been able to open our doors. We believe theatre represents the things we have not been able to enjoy in these long months and while we aren’t quite there yet, we are excited to be sharing the plans for our anticipated Welcome Back season with you.
We are excited to bring Songs for a New World, The Book Club Play, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Raisin to Village Theatre’s Welcome Back season.
It is important to Village Theatre that we take care of our patrons and our communities, so previously announced productions have needed to change or be put on hold in order to ensure the safety of our our artists, artisans, staff, and patrons.
We have also taken this opportunity to look at timelines, working hours, and how we can bring as many shows as possible to our patrons during our first season back. In this examination, we have made some changes to our days and times.
While our community continues to find ways to create new connections, embrace honesty and acceptance, and recognize that there can be joy in overcoming adversity or challenges as we face them together, we will bring that spirit and hope to the stage. We are proud to announce a season that embraces the perseverance and road to recovery that we see in our world.
Thank you and we hope to see you soon!
