REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

$50.00 of each tuition is non-refundable. The remainder of tuition is refundable up to, and including, the first day of class. No refunds will be given after the second class meets. If KIDSTAGE has to cancel a camp due to lack of enrollment, a full refund will be given.

All KIDSTAGE students are eligible for half-price single student tickets to any Village Theatre Mainstage production on sale while enrolled. This discount applies to students only. Parents or siblings are welcome to attend at regular prices. To ensure the production is appropriate for your family, please consult the performance Preview Guide online.


Note: New students—even those with no experience in musical theatre--are welcome to start by taking ANY class at their grade level. There are no pre-requisites, with the exception of Advanced Tap.

Cast the spell “Accio Musical” and join KIDSTAGE to create your own new Harry Potter themed musical! In this 3-day camp you will work together, along with a team of writing professionals, to create a brand new, one-of-a-kind musical based on the blockbuster novel and movie series. Write the Quidditch song, the soliloquy of Neville Longbottom, a jingle for Weasley’s Wheezes, or create your own characters in J. K. Rowling’s world.

Junior Production Camp: Music Man KIDS (Grades 3-5)
Both camps meet July 15 – July 26, 2019, 12:30-3:30 PM *2-week camp
Performance: July 26, 2019
Tuition: $375

Come be part of the exciting world of production! In this two-week long camp, dance, sing, act, and tell a memorable story! Junior Production Camp students will work together to represent the wide variety of ensemble characters, joining with the Production Camp group to present a mini-musical for family and friends on the last day of camp. Time in camp will include learning music, staging, choreography, rehearsal terminology, and rehearsing with a script of Music Man KIDS, plus theatre games and community building activities! This camp involves a rehearsal model which will be fast-paced and require outside practice. Junior Production Camp students are cast as the ensemble for the production. They typically don’t have the requirement of learning lines and can focus on rehearsing songs and dances and develop skills to story-tell as an ensemble (group).

Production Camp: Music Man KIDS (Grades 6-10)
Both camps meet July 15 – July 26, 2019, 12:30-3:30 PM *2-week camp
Performance: July 26, 2019

Come be part of the exciting world of production! In this two-week long camp, dance, sing, act, and tell a memorable story! The Production Camp students will audition for specific parts, joining with the Junior group to present a mini-musical for family and friends on the last day of camp. Time in camp will include auditions, learning music, staging, choreography, rehearsal terminology, and rehearsing with a script of Music Man KIDS, plus theatre games and community building activities! Time in camp will include learning music, staging, choreography, rehearsal terminology, and rehearsing with a script of Aladdin KIDS, plus theatre games and community building activities! This camp involves a rehearsal model which will be fast-paced and require outside practice. Junior Production Camp students are cast as the ensemble for the production. They typically don’t have the requirement of learning lines and can focus on rehearsing songs and dances and develop skills to story-tell as an ensemble (group).

Production Camp: Aladdin KIDS (Grades 6-10)
Both camps meet August 5 – August 16, 2019, 12:30-3:30 PM *2-week camp
Performance: August 16, 2019
Tuition: $375

Come be part of the exciting world of production! In this two-week long camp, dance, sing, act, and tell a memorable story! The Production Camp students will audition for specific parts, joining with the Junior group to present a mini-musical for family and friends on the last day of camp. Time in camp will include auditions, learning music, staging, choreography, rehearsal terminology, and rehearsing with a script of Aladdin KIDS, plus theatre games and community building activities! This camp involves a rehearsal model which will be fast-paced and require outside practice. The Production Camp students will audition for specific parts on the first or second day of camp.
