Event Parking - Village Theatre

Downtown Everett Parking Advisory

Due to the specific challenges of the street closures and events in Downtown Everett the weekend of July 13-14, we have made special one-time parking arrangements for performances Saturday, July 13 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, July 14 at 2 p.m. as a courtesy to our patrons.

Please read on for parking options and event information.

During the weekend of July 13-14, these streets around the theater will be affected: Colby Avenue and Wetmore Avenue will be closed between Everett and Pacific Avenues.

Key Bank Parking:
2707 Colby Ave, Everett, WA 98201

Village Theatre patrons may use the upper level of the Key Bank Building parking lot while attending a July 13 or 14 matinee of Once on This Island.

This parking will be available from 12:30-4:30 p.m. on a first come, first served basis (there are approximately 170 spots on the upper garage levels). Please give yourself plenty of additional time for traffic and parking.

  • Patrons may use the main driveway in front of the theater (adjacent to the Plaza, in front of the main theater entrance). Pull forward to the alley and garage entrance signed “RESERVED MONTHLY PARKING.”
  • Patrons will be required to show proof of attendance (physical ticket, e-ticket, or the event parking email you received from us). Village staff will be available on-site to assist with questions.
  • Once parked, patrons should use the garage elevator or stairs to exit to the theater.
  • Following the performance, patrons may exit the theater using the stairs or elevator in the box office vestibule to the lower garage, taking the elevator to the upper parking levels.
  • Please note: if you park in the garage, you must leave by 4:30 p.m., otherwise your car will be locked in overnight. The performance of Once on This Island will conclude at 3:35 p.m.

Free street parking around the theater is available after 6 p.m. and on weekends. The Everpark Garage, located at 2815 Hoyt Avenue, is also free on weekdays after 6 p.m. and all day on weekends, and is $1 per hour during other times. It is just a short walk from the theater. Additional parking is available in the neighborhood pay-to-park lots.

If someone in your party uses a wheelchair, a walker, or has other mobility needs, you may use the easement in front of the theater for drop off purposes only.

Accessible parking may be available on Wetmore Avenue near the theater. These spots are limited so be sure to arrive early. Spots will be held for patrons and are marked by Village Theatre signage.

The Free Everett Events Loop Shuttle will run 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. both days and drop-off and pick-up is on Hoyt Avenue and Hewitt Avenue near the Everpark Garage intersection. Learn more at:
