The production of musicals is perhaps the most demanding of resources, artistry, and ingenuity of any art form. Village Theatre designs and builds all of its production from the ground up. Our designers, artists, carpenters and painters, welders and wig masters, dancers and choreographers, musicians, and conductors have received critical and audience acclaim for the depth, imagination, spirit, and the consistently high quality of their work.
Across the nation, the Village Theatre is known for its artistic excellence and its championing of dynamic new productions of musical theatre that not only perpetuate, but also re-invent the art form. We work with the nation's brightest playwrights, choreographers, and artists.
Established in 1979, Village Theatre is a non-profit performing arts organization that strives to create a performance environment at once theatrical where family members, neighbors, business associates, and artists can experience consistently high-quality theatre together and, in doing so, achieve a sense of connection, enrichment, entertainment, and community.
Donors play a major role in bringing each production to life. Ticket sales cover only 78% of our production costs. Your generous support helps Village Theatre maintain the highest level of artistic excellence and entertainment.
Your contribution will help Village Theatre realize its vision, and it ensures a vital and dynamic future for the art of musical theatre in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Help us to fill our stages with vibrant productions that will bring excitement to audiences of all ages. Be a part of theatre magic with a gift to our Annual Fund.
